Director's Corner

For the past 20+ years the purpose of the His Song ministry has been to facilitate worship among Christ followers and encourage others to commit their lives to Him.  The Lord has blessed us with hundreds of opportunities to fulfill that purpose by ministering at a variety of venues.

Since completing our first CD in 2006, many people have told us the messages of the recorded songs are also a source of blessing and encouragement…often at times of specific need.  In December we had the opportunity to visit Hospice in Spokane and sing for a man who was critically ill, and his family.  The Lord chose to take him home later that day, and as one of our members put it, “What a blessing to sing on hallowed ground!”

This gentleman’s wife shared how one of our CDs ministered to her as she travelled from hospice to home.  To that end, we now have four CDs, and pray that the Lord can use these for His glory.  We humbly submit our service to the Lord, and as one of our songs states, “Not to us O Lord, but to thy Name be Glory!”
